The wife of Manitoba Liberal Senator Rod Zimmer is due back in Saskatoon domestic violence court tomorrow (Tues).

23 year old Maygan Sensenberger was released from custody today after spending the weekend in jail on charges of causing a disturbance and endangering the safety of an aircraft.

The alleged incident happened on a flight that was arriving at Saskatoon's airport on Thursday night.

69 year old Rod Zimmer was experiencing chest pains on the flight, when Sensenberger allegedly became disruptive.

The judge's release conditions include no contact with her husband, and that she abstain from drinking any alcohol.

The judge decided the case would be best handled in domestic violence court, which convenes tomorrow.
