Wholesale sales in Saskatchewan rose 13.2 per cent, year-over-year in May to one billion, 985 million dollars. That was a 1.7 per cent increase from April. Nationally, the rise in sales was 6.2 per cent annually and 0.9 per cent month-to-month. Only British Columbia and Nova Scotia beat our annual percentage rise. Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Quebec were ahead of our month-to-month increase. [gw july 19 2012]
