Warman RCMP are looking for a suspect following a robbery in that community.

Police say around 6:30 Sunday evening a lone man entered a business on the 200 block of Central street in Warman.

He allegedly had his face covered and carried a large machete, threatening the clerk with the weapon and then fled the scene with a cash and cigarettes.

Witnesses are describing the suspect as being in his late 20's to early 30's.

He was wearing a black bunny hug, blue jeans, ball cap, and light colored shoes.

The matter remains under investigation.
