Two youths are in police custody after allegedly trying to steal a vehicle in Edenwold.

An adult man was greeted by the young people at around 3:30 p.m. Friday outside of the Post Office.

When the man refused to hand over the keys, they fled on foot, but were eventually caught at an Edenwold residence.

Nothing was reported stolen and no one was injured.
