This years edition of the Saskatoon Exhibition features 48 rides, including the popular Sling Shot and, new this year, a zip line.

Today (Wed) is Kid's Day and a number of specials are lined up for children.

Even if you don't like the rides, there is plenty of free entertainment on the various stages at the Saskatoon Exhibition.

Director of Events, Carl Schlosser says there's plenty of shows to see too, with the Superdogs back with a new show this year, along with other favourites like a contortionist, hypnotist and human cannonball.

New this year is the Cirque de Soleil type show, "Mana", the Flying Fools High Dive Show and the show, "Extreme Wild Predators and Prey".

The Ex midway opens every day at noon and ends with fireworks that start around 11. (sv aug 3-12)
