Canadian Football League--Week 16 of the season continues with 2 games:

Calgary Stampeders at Winnipeg Blue Bombers 11 a.m.

Saskatchewan Roughriders at Edmonton Eskimos

(Once again, CJWW is your home for complete Roughriders coverage. Pre-game talk starts at 12:30 p.m., followed by the play-by-play at 2 p.m. plus complete post-game coverage including the Rider Round-Table. The Riders have 8 wins, 6 losses for 16 points...tied for 2nd place in the West Division. Edmonton has 6 wins, 8 losses for 12 points...good for 4th place in the West. The Riders next home game is Saturday, October 20th against the Montreal Alouettes. Game time is 1:30 p.m. at Mosaic Stadium. The Prairie Football Conference playoffs start tomorrow with 2 semi-final games. Calgary hosts Regina while the Saskatoon Hilltops are home to the Edmonton Wildcats. Kick-off time is 1 p.m. at Gordie Howe Bowl. Once again, CJWW is your broadcast home for Hilltops football. The broadcast starts with pre-game coverage at 12:30 p.m. and the play-by-play at 1 p.m. The Toppers finished the regular season with 6 wins, 2 losses for 12 points...good for 2nd place. The T-C-U Guardian Cup high school girls volleyball tournament continues and wraps up today at St. Joseph high school. The eight-team event features four teams from Saskatoon, three from Regina and Notre Dame. Matches start at 8:30 a.m. and run through the championship final at 4:45 p.m.
