For the next 4 days, Saskatoon is all about country music. PotashCorp Country Music Week officially kicks off this afternoon, as some 110 country artists will be performing in the city over the next 4 days. The event culminates with the Canadian Country Music Awards show on Sunday at Credit Union Centre. Today's events begin with the Songwriters' Cafe at T-C-U Place, from 2 until 4 thirty this afternoon The New Artist Showcase goes tonight, also at T-C-U Place. It's a 3 hour show where fans hear from 8 of the strongest up-and-coming country acts from across the country. One well-known name may be Kylee Epp of Vancouver; she'll be performing as part of FanFest on Saturday as well after she won the 2012 FanFest Performance Poll to earn her spot.
