Walmart customers have a chance to support disaster relief in Saskatchewan.

The annual Red Cross Fundraising Campaign is taking place until August 26th, where donations are taken in at every Walmart checkout across Canada.

Money raised in each province, stays in the province, for disaster relief funds for Red Cross.

Candace Lamb of the Canadian Red Cross says the money will be used for cases of fires, floods, and tornadoes.

The campaign has been running every August since 2003.

Across Canada, over 19 million dollars has been raised, with 3 million expected to be raised this year, and 140 thousand dollars expected in Saskatchewan.
