Work continues on Phase 2 of the 33rd Street multi-use corridor. That corridor is designed to provide access for pedestrians and cyclists between SIAST Kelsey Campus and the University of Saskatchewan. Phase 1 was completed in 2011. Beginning at 9 Monday morning, the eastbound curb and adjacent driving lane on 33rd Street between Quebec Avenue and Warman Road will be closed. In addition, the designated right turn ramp to 3rd Avenue southbound will be closed. A "hard" right turn will be permitted at the intersection of 33rd Street eastbound to 3rd Avenue southbound. All entrances to local businesses within the closure will remain open. Portions of the intersections will start to re-open on Thursday. (sv aug 24-12) Share: ![]() Tweet
