| Police Investigate a Pair of Weekend Robberies |

Police are investigating two separate armed robberies that happened over the weekend. The first was at a family entertainment business in the 2300 block of 22nd Street West at about 10:30 Saturday night. A man entered the business and threatened the employee with a knife. He left the store with an undisclosed amount of cash and was unable to be located by police following a search of the area. The second incident happened around 4 in the morning yesterday (Sun). Police were called to a robbery at a convenience store on 33rd Street and Confederation Drive. The suspect robbed the cashier at knife point and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes. A canine track was deployed but was unsuccessful. Share: ![]() Tweet
