A Saskatoon Police officer conducting a next-of-kin death notification Saturday afternoon ended up shooting a dog in the same home. While speaking with the family member, a door to the home was left open, police believe unintentionally, allowing the dogs to exit the house. At that time, the officer was threatened by more than one dog at the home and, fired a single shot, which resulted in the death of one of the dogs. Saskatoon Police say the officer was attacked and did receive minor injuries. (vmf rewrite June 22/10) oem softwareShare: ![]() Tweet
