Saskatoon will soon feature a brand new business park close to the airport. The AeroGreen Business Park is replacing the former Mcnab Park, to make way for a plan similar to what other cities have in place close to their airports. Current plans include three hotels and various office buildings, along with a number of restaurants and shops. About 600 people lived in Mcnab Park before the business plans were in place. They were relocated with help from the city and the owner, Remax Guardian Commercial. Phase one of the project, which includes the hotels, is set to be completed by the end of 2013. It's expected it won't be until 2014 before construction is underway in phase 2. (jl sept 29/12) Share: ![]() Tweet
