WS Whites Ag Sales and Service has acquired the assets of Morris Sales and Service in Yorkton.

Whites AG is based in Whitewood. It will retain all existing Morris employees and has plans for an expansion that will include a large service shop.

"The arrangement to purchase is beneficial to all parties," says Morris Chief Operating Officer Don Henry.

The Yorkton sale is expected to be finalized by the middle of July.
