The Western Hockey League playoffs resume tomorrow when Game 3 of the Ed Chynoweth Cup championship is played in Lethbridge. The Hurricanes host the Spokane Chiefs. Spokane leads the best-of-seven final 2-0.

The Royal Bank Cup, Junior "A" Hockey Championship Tournament continues today and runs through Sunday in Cornwall, Ontario. Five teams, including the Humboldt Broncos, are taking part in the round-robin plus playoffs format. Humboldt won their opening game...tied for 1st place. On today's schedule:

The National Hockey League playoffs are idle until Thursday when Round 3 starts. The best-of-seven Western Conference final opens that day with the Dallas Stars visiting the Detroit Red Wings. The best-of-seven Eastern Conference final begins Friday with the Philadelphia Flyers at the Pittsburgh Penguins.
