If you're taking in the Saskatoon Exhibition you won't have to worry if you require medical aid. The MD Ambulance Special Operations Bus will be on site throughout the week. It is essentially a large ambulance used for patients too large for a regular ambulance or for when a mass amount of medical attention is needed. You'll also see paramedics on bicycles at the exhibition. The service is offered for special events in the city when a normal ambulance can't reach certain areas where there are large crowds of people. The bicycles have 70 pounds of medical equipment strapped on and both the bikes and the bus were featured in the Saskatoon Exhibition Parade. Share: ![]() Tweet
