A Regina woman, charged in the death a 4 year old girl in her care, has been released on bail.

35 year old Tammy Lynn Goforth was granted bail on 10 conditions.

They include she cannot have contact with her husband, also charged in the case.

The pair are facing manslaughter charges after the 4 year old was rushed to hospital earlier this month and later died.

Both Tammy Lynn and her husband, 37 year old Kevin Eric Goforth are also facing charges of negligence causing bodily harm after the younger sister of the 4 year old girl was also taken to hospital.

She is said to be improving.
