A man has been charged with driving without due care and attention after he allegedly fell asleep at the wheel near Delisle, and caused a crash.

Warman RCMP say the two vehicle accident happened at 6:40 p.m Monday night, when the 19 year old man rear ended a minivan.

Five people suffered minor injuries.

The two occupants of the car were taken to Royal University Hospital as a precaution.

Alcohol was not a factor.
