A group of Saskatoon co-workers has a little extra holiday cash thanks to a winning lottery ticket.

Lil Stuart and 17 of her co-workers opted for the EXTRA when they played LOTTO 6/49 on June 23rd, and won 250-thousand dollars.

The Sunday following, Stuart checked the numbers and at first figured they had won 50 dollars.

She couldn't believe her eyes when she realized their win was a quarter of a million dollars.

She says when she called the other group members to share the good news, nobody believed her at first.
