There'll be "Rider sightings" in Saskatoon on Monday, September 22. That's when the Saskatoon Hilltops will hold a "Quarterback Luncheon" for a second straight year. G-M Eric Tillman, head coach Ken Miller, Saskatoon's own O-Lineman Gene Makowsky and receivers D-J Flick and Andy Fantuz will be on hand...along with Green and White C-E-O and president Jim Hopson and Director of Marketing Steve Mazurak. Toppers' head coach Tom Sargeant will also be at the head table at the Radisson Hotel for the fund-raiser which starts at 11:30. Single tickets are $85 with a table of eight at $680. There are several members of the Hilltops' executive that you can get your tickets from...but you can go on the web at www.picatic.com for more information. In addition, Saturday's Toppers' home game against Regina is the annual "In the End Zone" pitchfork fondue dinner night. The gates open at 4:15 at Gordie Howe Bowl for the 7 o'clock kick-off. Hilltops and Riders' alumnus Quinn Magnuson is the guest speaker with "Sarge" delivering a pre-game address as well. Tickets are $85 with a table of eight for $680. Proceeds go to Hilltops' Scholarships and Bursaries. CJWW has the broadcast of Saturday's clash between the 3-0 Hilltops and 1-2 Regina Thunder starting at 6:30.
