A 43 year old man is facing kidnapping, assault, and dangerous driving charges after an incident this past Wednesday.

That night, the suspect allegedly assaulted and attempted to kidnap a 31 year old woman at the intersection of 20th Street and Avenue P South.

Police spotted the man yesterday afternoon and brought him into custody.

He will be held until he can be seen by a Justice of the Peace.
