If you're interesting in having a piece of Saskatchewan's north, the Ministry of Environment is making available six Crown land leases.
Three of the leases are in the Napatak Subdivision, south of La Ronge.
Remote leases are available for sites on Dickens Lake (100 kilometres northeast of La Ronge), Lamp Lake (4 kilometres northwest of La Ronge), and Macbeth Channel, which is southeast of Buffalo Narrows.
The public can apply for the leases through the ministry's website up to 5PM on September 30th.
The names of successful candidates will be randomly drawn on October 1st.
Environment Minister Nancy Heppner says many people enjoy spending time in northern Saskatchewan, so the ministry is happy to be able to make these lease opportunities available.
