Around Saskatoon..... Blackstrap will be fought, so far between the incumbant Conservative Lynne Yelich and the NDP's Patti Gieni.
There are numerous ridings yet where candidates have not been chosesn.
Saskatoon Humboldt is, so far, a race between the Tory incumbant Brad Trost and the NDP's Scott Ruston.
Saskatoon-Rosetown-Biggar is, at this point, a race between the Conservative newcomer Kelly Block and the NDP's Nettie Wiebe. Carol Skelton, who currently holds the seat is not running again.
And Saskatoon-Wanuskewin has two candidates, incumbant Conservative Maurice Vellacott and the NDP's Clint Davidson who isn't wasting any time - he kicks off his campaign tomorrow when he puts up his first NDP campaign sign.
In this province, currently, 13 of 14 seats are held by Conservatives with one seat held by a LIberal, who is, of course, Ralph Goodale.
