Police want to let the public know that a high-risk offender will be residing within the Saskatoon area, effective tomorrow (Fri). 48 year old Robert Joseph Elliot has a lengthy criminal history of violent offenses relating to substance abuse, property crime and the commission of violent offences involving use or threat of use of weapons against persons with whom he comes in contact. Upon his release, Elliot will have to abide by a number of conditions including a curfew, avoiding areas where children are present, and abstaining from alcohol. Police are releasing the information so members of the public can take suitable preventative measures and not to embark upon any form of unreasonable conduct toward the individual. Share: ![]() Tweet
