|High Risk Offender Living In P.A.|

Prince Albert Police are notifying the public of a high risk offender living in that city.
33 year old James McKnight was released from custody on August 28th.
He has a history of exposing and touching himself in view of prepubescent to teenaged children that he comes in contact with in public places.
McKnight is on a Saskatchewan Probation Order until June of 2015 and an Alberta Probation Order until December 15th of this year.
Among his conditions, he is prohibited from attending a public park or swimming area where children under 16 are present or could reasonably be expected to be present, daycare centres, schoolyards, playgrounds, and community centres.
McKnight is currently living in Prince Albert and has previously lived in Saskatoon.
