Saskatoon residents will be able to dump off their hazardous waste today (Sat).

Envirotec is hosting Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day in the city, collecting household, automotive, lawn, and garden chemicals.

Other things accepted include compact fluorescent light bulbs, batteries, pharmaceuticals, and adhesives.

Envirotec will be collecting the materials between 9 A.M. and 3:30 P.M.

The waste collection days usually take place monthly in the city, to make it more convenient for residents and safer for the environment.
