Food and volunteers have, for the most part, been crossed off the Friendship Inn's Christmas wish list; however they could still use cash donations. Executive Director Lynda Brazeau says they can always use more food and helpers over the holidays but the support has been immense so far. She says for an average December day they usually get about 20 volunteers, but for Christmas Day they're expecting 60. Turkey and ham amounts are already expected to be reached for the special Christmas dinner, adds Brazeau, but they always accept donations. She says cash donations, either on-site or through the phone, are really all they are asking for as right now. 1500 people are expected to attend Tuesday's special Christmas dinner and gift opening.
