A former Saskatoon Catholic High School teacher with charges relating to two separate incidents of indecent assault in 1959 and 1960 appeared in a Windsor, Ontario courtroom on Friday.

90 year old Father William Hodgson Marshall was a priest and teacher at St. Paul's High School between 1958 and 1961.

Marshall pleaded guilty last year to 17 charges of sexual assault in Ontario, with incidents dating back to 1955, and was sentenced last June to two years in prison and three years probation.

He appeared in court for the Saskatoon charges by video from the Joyceville Institution, near Kingston.

His next court date is September 4th.
