Foreign National Arrested in Saskatchewan

A man wanted by the Canada Boarder Service Agency has been arrested by Esterhazy RCMP. 33 year old Manuel Ramos Delgado is an El Salvadorian national who was wanted for removal from Canada due to prior criminal behavior.
