The collision near Pense, west of Regina, this morning (Tues) is now clear of all emergency personnel and traffic is flowing freely.

RCMP are still investigating but say one of the occupants, a passenger, who was involved in the collision was declared dead at the scene.

There were three adults in the vehicle, 2 men and a woman.

The victim who died, the woman, is from out of the province.

The two men were taken to hospital in Regina.
