The Saskatoon Blades have waived 20 year old defenseman Connor Cox.

One of the team's 4 twenty year olds had to be moved off the roster after the team picked up Adam Kambeitz from Red Deer.

WHL teams will now have an opportunity to claim the Blades' leading plus-minus player from last season -- and if Cox goes unclaimed, he'll be free to join any Canadian Hockey League club.

Meanwhile, the Blades were blanked 4-buzz last night on home ice by the Portland Winterhawks.
