Manslaughter charges were stayed against 3 men in Saskatoon Provincial Court.

On June 5th, 2011, Leticia Fleury died as a result of injuries sustained in a fight.

Around 2 in the morning, police responded to a report that a fight had started inside a business, and spilled outside on the 33 hundred block of Fairlight Drive.

Jordan Smith, along with Sheldon and Mitchell Matechuk, had been facing charges relating to the death of the 25 year old.

Sheldon and Mitchell were released, but Smith was sentenced to 4 years' in jail for aggravated assault.
