Investment in non-residential building construction increased six per cent in the Saskatoon census metropolitan area in the second quarter of this year. Stats Canada says Saskatchewan mirrored that rise. Nationally, the increase was only 1.8 per cent. Saskatchewan was far-and-away the leader in country.
