Jamie Boreham was at practice today and, if he passes a physical, he could handle the punting chores for the Saskatchewan Roughriders this Saturday against Toronto. The former Rider as well as U of S Huskie and Manitoba Bison. Boreham played with Winnipeg in last year's Grey Cup Game, but was released shortly thereafter and was not picked up. The 34-year-old Vancouver product has played for six of the eight C-F-L teams since 2001, including two previous stints with each of the Riders and Bombers. Chris Milo sprained an ankle a few weeks back and place-kicker Sandro DeAngelis has handled the punting since. Saturday's visit from the Argonauts can be heard on CJWW, beginning at 12:30 with pre-game talk, followed by play-by-play at 2 p.m. and winding up with complete post-game analysis. Share: ![]() Tweet
