RCMP were called to a house fire at a home in Nipawin during the noon hour today (Wed).

Once the Nipawin Fire Department had extinguished the blaze, the body of a 40 year old man was found inside.

All other occupants of the home were accounted for and there was only minor damage to the house as a result of the fire.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown at this time and the victim's name hasn't been released.
