An accident involving five vehicles had Saskatoon Police busy Saturday morning. It happened just after 1 in the morning in the 1300 block of 33rd Street, where a vehicle turned from Valens Drive onto 33rd Street and sideswiped a taxi. The taxi then came into contact with a full sized sport utility vehicle and eventually hit a tree. The other vehicle drove through a hedge and hit two parked cars . The 21 year old driver of the first vehicle is in hospital with non life threatening injuries but is being investigated for impaired driving.
